Main Features

  • Originally developed for machining rack bars, this infeed-type stone lapping unit is ideal for workpieces that are long and have shapes that are difficult for thru-feed machining
  • Equipped with our original AEROLIDE® stone lapping unit.
    Its oscillation mechanism with stable amplitude also realizes complete elimination of secondary vibrations caused by the inertia balance mechanism.
  • Workpieces are positioned by the stopper of the infeed system, while the stone lapping unit employs a traverse cut machining method of the specified machining width. Additionally, changeover is not required for automatic random machining of workpieces of differing lengths.
