Main Features
- Infeed type stone lapping machine for the outer diameters of large tapered or cylindrical rollers.
- One of SEIBU's latest models that brings together a number of our technologies, including servomotors on each machining adjustment part to not only improve machining capability, but also reduce changeover time and the number of tooling parts. Most of the changeover work can be performed via the touch panel, greatly reducing the burden on operators.
- Capable not only of crowning profiles but also logarithmic curves.
- Can be equipped with one or two stone heads.
- Minimizes dents and scratches to workpieces during transport by using a pitch-feeding conveyor and lift-and-carry design.
