Application

Thru-feed stone lapping machine for outer diameter finishing
Capable of handling cylindrical workpieces with wide variations in outer diameter or stepped work pieces
The direction of work piece feed is detected by proximity switches, and micro-lifting chucks automatically pressurizes and raises the grindstone
Quickly removes deformation, lapping chatter, and surface layer damage of the workpiece outer diameter with low-temperature and low-pressure cutting. High-volume stone lapping with high speed and precision that drastically improves roundness and surface roughness.
Equipped with our original AEROLIDE^® stone lapping unit. Its oscillation mechanism with stable amplitude also realizes complete elimination of secondary vibrations caused by the inertia balance mechanism.
Up to 6 mountable stone head assemblies to allow optimal machining conditions to be set for each workpiece
