One of our best-selling models, capable of straight and crowning stone lapping on tapered roller outer diameters
Quickly removes deformation, lapping chatter, and surface layer damage of the workpiece outer diameter with low-temperature and low-pressure cutting. High-volume stone lapping with high speed and precision that drastically improves roundness and surface roughness.
Equipped with our original AEROLIDE® stone lapping unit. Its oscillation mechanism with stable amplitude also realizes complete elimination of secondary vibrations caused by the inertia balance mechanism.
Up to 8 mountable stone head assemblies to allow optimal machining conditions to be set for each workpiece
