Main Features

It previously took long time for large-size ball machining with lot-based production (batches of balls), but this machine enables single large-size ball machining one-by-one in a short time, from rough to high-precision finishing
Provides great cost performance for production of small quantities with a variety of sizes
Ball rotation is continuously controlled by the drive rollers directly connected to the servomotors. A cup-shape grindstone provides uniform contact over the whole surface of the ball (Patent No. 5295307).
This machine is capable of performing processes from rough machining to stone lapping in three to five processes; one process takes anywhere from a few minutes to more than 10 minutes
Flushing of the band-shaped protrusions that occur during the production of ceramic and steel balls can be performed easily by attaching a dedicated attachment to the lower support and switching the roller rotation program
