Main Features

  • Capable of stone lapping on end surfaces of larger workpieces than the STK-50FS-TZB. Suitable for outer diameters of up to 80mm and lengths of up to 120 mm.
  • Employs a conveyor and vacuum design for transport to prevent dents and scratches during handling.
  • This stone lapping machine is capable of finishing end surfaces of cylindrical or tapered rollers after forging or grinding to a flat or spherical surface. The machined surface can also be finished with cross-hatch or concentric patterns.

  • A cutting speed control servomechanism that controls the electropneumatic regulator for pressurizing the grindstone is employed, allowing you to assign pressure and speed settings at multiple steps for significant improvements in accuracy and efficiency.
