Main Features
- Infeed type stone lapping machine for the outer diameters of tapered or cylindrical rollers.
- One of SEIBU's latest models that brings together a number of our technologies, including servomotors on each machining adjustment part to not only improve machining capability, but also reduce changeover time and the number of tooling parts. Most of the changeover work can be performed via the touch panel, greatly reducing the burden on operators.
- Capable not only of crowning profiles but also logarithmic curves.
- The workpiece support system employs two rollers and stoppers on both ends, maintaining stable posture during rotation for even crowning and logarithmic profiles.
- Can be equipped with one or two stone heads.
- Minimizes dents and scratches to workpieces during transport by using a pitch-feeding conveyor, workpiece carrier, and vacuum handling design.
